I arrived at around 7:30pm on Golden Week, but there was already a line... I waited about an hour before entering the store. [Isshin Black Golden Boiled Egg Ramen] The soup is indeed a strong soy sauce, but compared to the Oki-san I had yesterday, it's not so strong that I can't drink it, and it's just a normal Ramen. I don't know the definition, but I wonder if this can be called Toyama Black (^◇^;) Still, the depth of the chicken bones and soy sauce, and the flavor of the dried sardine oil stand out well and are delicious (о´∀`о) The noodles are made of whole wheat flour and Kitahonami, so the wheat aroma is very good, and they are easy to slurp and go perfectly with the soup (●´∀`)b The first piece of pork was soft and delicious, but the second piece was a bit disliked because the fat had a gritty texture even though it was warmed in the soup (´・з・`) It seems that they are particular about the boiled egg, but I don't feel that it has any particular characteristics and I feel like it's not necessary. I would recommend this to people looking for a regular tasty soy sauce Ramen rather than Toyama Black ( ̄▽ ̄) Thanks for the meal!
