富山ランチといえばと地元の方に聞くと、糸庄と言われ訪問。
１３時前というのに前に１５人の行列。
一瞬別の店に行こうかと思ったが紹介された事を考えると並んで食べる事を選択。
２０分位待ってやっと店内へ。
すると中のコの字のベンチに１０名も待っているではないか。
次のアポイントの時間を気にしつつ食券機にお金を投入。
そこからは意外に回転が良くなり２０分位で食事にありつけた。
目の前で調理の風景が広げられ期待が膨らむ。
食べると当然ながら熱い。
４月だというのに夏日の日には合わんなと思いながら食べると意外にさっぱりとした味。
ニンニクのパンチがきいたとメニューにあるが、それほどのパンチは感じない。
売りであるモツも美味しいが、部位により少し臭みが残る。
ここで卵を割るとマイルドに。
モツの量は値段の割に多め。
うどんとモツを一緒に食べても余るほど。
コスパは悪くない。
ご当地うどんを食べる事が出来てよかったという感想が全て。
美味しいが半時間以上は並べないランク。
再訪はしないかな。
