本日の宿泊地富山に到着し、予約していたこちらに訪問しました。
場所は富山駅南側。ホテルアルファワン一階です。
こちらでは感染対策として入ったところに消毒用アルコール設置が行われていました。
お通しは着席した時点でセットされています。この日は小芋の肉あんかけでした。
まずはドリンクを選択。友人はビール、私は曙初嵐純米を注文しました。
つまみは白エビ刺身、アラ刺身、幻魚唐揚げ、揚げ出し豆腐を注文。
まずはドリンクが到着。曙初嵐純米は中口で飲みやすい感じ。
小芋の肉あんかけは味噌味でした。
つまみはまず白エビ刺身が到着。これは甘味があって美味しかったです。
次にアラ刺身が到着。これも美味しかったです。
次に幻魚唐揚が到着。これはフワフワした不思議な食感でした。
最後に揚げ出し豆腐が到着。値段から１個くらいかなと予想していたのですが３個も入っており、薬味は刻み海苔とネギ、紅葉おろしでした。これも美味しかったです。
この間、友人は富山の地酒から黒部峡を頼んでいました。
此処で〆に移ります。せっかくなので白エビかき揚げうどんを注文。冷か温かを選べたので温を選びました。
しばらく待って到着。
うどんは氷見うどんなので細め。
具は白エビかき揚げ、ネギ、ワカメ、三つ葉、椎茸、占地、榎茸でした。
味ですが、あっさりして美味しかったです。
また富山に来たら再訪しようと思います。
