PR for restaurants |
A long-established Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) in Toyama that serves dishes that focus on fresh, local ingredients, with a focus on live fish from Toyama Bay.
Kongo has been a prominent face of the Toyama Station area for over 60 years. It is a popular Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) that serves dishes made with an abundance of fresh fish caught in Toyama Bay, |
I arrived in Toyama late at night and visited Kongo-san near the station. Unfortunately, the hairy crab was sold out. I had the cold yellowtail, which was very fatty and delicious. Next was the soft milt, which went well with the local Toyama sake. I also had the fried genki! The fatty genki in the crispy batter was delicious! Thank you for the meal!
