PR for restaurants |
Since 1991, we aim to help our guests enjoy their stay with a relaxing atmosphere and the bounty of Toyama Bay and the mountains.
[Concept] Underground water flows from the Tateyama mountain range in the Northern Alps into Toyama Bay. Thanks to this water, producers painstakingly prepare ingredients throughout the seasons, which |
It is French cuisine that also uses local ingredients. I made a reservation and went to the restaurant, but...huh? The door was locked...the owner came and opened it for me. It seems that the restaurant is reserved for private use. However, for some reason, I was guided to a table in front of the entrance...there was a computer left on the table in the back...is this the reason? The bright interior of the restaurant has a very French cuisine feel. Looking closely, there are bread crumbs left on the plate...is it okay? I ordered lunch (3,780 yen), and since I was driving, I had oolong tea (540 yen) as a drink. Since it was a glass for wine, the rich aroma of oolong tea was very impressive. As expected of a wine glass. ① Seasonal vegetable terrine: When you think of terrine, you imagine something solidified with gelatin, but this quickly fell apart and became a vegetable salad. ② Firefly squid: For French cuisine, we were served firefly squid, which was unexpected. The food is artistic, or rather, it looks like the seven dwarfs. Hi-ho ♪ Hi-ho ♪...it's cute and hard to eat...and I don't really like firefly squid. Please have a normal French cuisine meal. ③ Bread: Crunchy. ④ Clam chowder: Orthodox. ⑤ Sea bass: Sea bass on ratatouille with balsamic vinegar sauce. ⑤ Roast duck: Both mains were consistently delicious. I was relieved at this point. ⑥ Dessert: Strawberry sorbet, matcha cookies, brownies, cheesecake. The appearance had a somewhat innovative atmosphere, but everything was delicious, and I especially wanted to take the cheesecake home as a souvenir. ⑦ Tea: Delicious. I wanted it with dessert. At first, I was nervous about a lot of things, but it became more orthodox as it went on, and the last dessert had me smiling. The desserts are great.
