富山2日目
この日も晩ご飯だけは高級路線
友人のおすすめで行きました。
ワインとイタリアンの人気店。
富山でイタリアンとは全く考えておりませんでしたが大正解！
さまざまな地元の食材を用いた料理の数々
どれもお世辞抜きにホントに美味しく頂きました。
人柄の良さそうな料理長さんが最後に挨拶に来られましたが、料理の腕は確かです。
トリュフを上から削りかける牛肉のタリアッテーレや鮎のジェノベーゼなど、どの料理も本当に美味しかったのですが、私の一番のお気に入りは海鮮パスタ。
素材の味が全く損なわれることなく調理されており、生のままお刺身で食べるよりも美味しい仕上げになっております。どうやったらこんなことが出来るのでしょうね？
そこにウワサのイケメンソムリエさんが素晴らしいワインを合わせて下さいます。
自分でも普段この料理にはこんなワインかな〜と合わせたりいたしますが、プロのマリアージュは流石だなと感心いたしました。（ワインの写真取りそびれたー 泣）
また機会があれば是非お邪魔したいものです。
