This is the shop that Kazuhiko Ota frequents. It is located in the downtown area of Toyama 1, which can be reached in less than 10 minutes on foot from Toyama Station. The owner's father runs a well-known long-established restaurant in Toyama, and this is a restaurant where the second generation, who spun out from there, is working hard. The restaurant was almost full, and I was lucky enough to walk in without a reservation, as the first customer was about to leave at the checkout, so I had lucky timing. The dishes I ordered were all fresh local ingredients, such as Toyama's signature white shrimp sashimi.What I was happy about, however, was that when the sashimi was served with kelp, the kelp was deep-fried without being thrown away at the end. I was happy to be able to confirm the true essence of this restaurant, which values the quality of its ingredients, by the service that served me as a perfect accompaniment to my sake. Also, the host's wife was very attentive and I was able to spend a comfortable time there. I would definitely like to visit again, so please visit us again next time. Thank you for the meal!
