22時頃、ランニング中に訪問です。夜遅くまで営業している二口の岩本屋さん。
食券を購入してカウンター席に着席しました。以前、並盛では物足りないと学習したので、今回は大盛にしました。ラーメンはお目当ての期間限定「トリュフポルチーニそば」に半熟煮玉子をトッピング。
トリュフとポルチーニ…名前が良いです。チャーシューも鴨、豚、鶏と豪華です。そしてちょこんとトリュフ？がのっています。麺はかため、味の濃さは基本、脂の量は少なめにしましたが、脂がもともと少ないラーメンなのか、めちゃくちゃあっさりしていました。
普段ラーメンのスープはあまり飲まないのですが、あっさりしているのでたくさん飲んでしまいました。トリュフ感はあまり感じませんでしたが、チャーシューが三枚も入っていて満足感のある一杯でした。
大盛は量がしっかりありました。個人的に並盛も大盛の間の量があるといいなと感じました。
