I visited at 12:15 on a weekday. It's been a while since I last visited. I bought a ticket from the vending machine and sat at the counter. There were a few empty seats, but it was busy. There were three women working behind the counter, and their voices echoed throughout the place. It was the first time I'd seen Ramen shop run by young women alone. The interior of the shop was made of natural wood by a carpenter, with tables and a wooden feel. It was easy to clean and looked durable. The maintenance costs seemed surprisingly cost-effective for a long-term business. ■Today's order: Medium-sized Ramen, 930 yen, low fat, lunchtime service rice. Ramen arrived in about 6-7 minutes. Hmm, it looks shabby. The seared bamboo shoots were eye-catching, but there was only scraps of green onion in it. There were a lot of green onions in the kitchen, but it was lonely. I wish they'd add more green onions. I guess I'll have to make green onion Ramen. The noodles were chewy and hard. It felt like Myojo's instant Ramen, which needed to be boiled longer. However, it blends well with the soup and tastes good. I asked for less fat, but there was quite a bit of fat. The normal Ramen was a little lacking in both quantity and ingredients, so next time I'll try to upgrade. I'll ask for less fat and softer noodles. There was a handwritten message on the back of the service voucher. The manager? Kamitani-san's heartwarming message moved me. I had a good impression. Thank you for the meal.
