富山出身のお取引先様との会食で利用させて頂きました。
今回は富山で美味しい地魚を気軽に食べたいとリクエストしたところ、こちらのお店を予約して頂きました。
入口には笑門のしめ縄。伊勢神宮周辺以外で見かけるのは初めてで立派です。
食べログの評価自体は低いですが、週末と相まってほぼ満席の繁盛ぶり。
2階の掘りごたつのテーブルに通して頂きました。
注文したメニューが沢山ありすぎるので覚えているものだけ記載します。

8人で伺ったため、隣のテーブルではのどぐろの煮付けなどなど他沢山頼んでいました。
日本酒
・勝駒/純米吟醸
富山一発目の海鮮だけあって味はどれも格別。
ヤガラの長い口が飾られている刺盛りはすべてが豪快なほどに分厚く間違いなく新鮮そのもの。
生シラスも添えられており、ヤガラは初めて食べましたが弾力ある食感がとても美味い。
鰤に肝付のカワハギと、地魚を一度にこんなにも味わえるなんて本当に贅沢の極みです。
富山名物の白エビは大きくてプリプリして甘い！
能登ガキのカキマヨは想像以上に絶妙なおいしさで、牡蠣が苦手な人でも美味しく頂けると思います。
特筆すべきはホタルイカ。今まで食べたホタルイカのなかでも一番大きいサイズだったのではないかと思います。こちらもおいしく頂きました。
最後に香箱蟹は実に食べやすく下処理をしてあり、面倒な剥く作業もなくダイレクトに味わえて最高でした。
通常は卵の部分もなかなか取れずらいのですが、こちらも箸で簡単に摘めるよう一手間加えられており文句なしの◎。きっと技量の良い料理人の方が裏手に居らっしゃるのでしょう。
終始、日本酒は飲みやすい勝駒の純米吟醸を富山湾の海の幸と合わせていただきました。
鮮度が良いためどれも味は抜群で、お手軽に富山の食を堪能することができる素敵な居酒屋でした。
メニューを見返すだけて食べればよかったな〜とそそられるものが沢山あるので、次回また伺えることを楽しみにしております。
