いつも行列ができているイメージだが、今回初めて並ばなくても良さそうだったので思い切って入店。土曜の14時でもほぼ満席。本当は煮干しを食べてみたかったところ、人員不足もありメニューを絞っているとのことでちょっと残念。券売機で鶏白湯塩ラーメンを選択し細麺でオーダー。回転は早いようだ。どんぶり一杯を白い泡が埋め尽くしている。チャーシューの上に乗っているトリュフを溶きながら食べるよう。スープを一口飲むとあっさりしていて優しい味。細麺に泡がまとわりついてくる。トリュフを混ぜると塩味が増すが、私は少しくさみを感じた。次は絶対煮干しを食べてみたい。
