● A surprising famous store that you can't miss when you come to Toyama A Sushi shop located between the departure lobby and the arrival lobby of Toyama Kitoki and the airport. At first glance, it seems to be an ordinary Sushi shop in an airport, but in fact, it is a popular restaurant in the local area and is always crowded. The restaurant opens in time for the arrival of the Tokyo flight, and it fills up quickly. The general is busily holding a Sushi at the counter. A friend from Toyama who lives in Tokyo also endorsed that if you go by plane, you should definitely stop by, and I was right and I was able to enjoy the taste of Toyama with the recommended nigiri (10 volumes). - Both the story and the shari are huge! It is a fresh ingredient from Toyama Port, and it is thick and very delicious. Shari also buys Toyama Koshihikari, brown rice, black vinegar, and even green tea from a famous store in Imizu City. I am very satisfied with the chutoro, raw firefly squid, Himi yellowtail, etc. The counter was spacious and comfortable, and there seemed to be table seats and tatami rooms. It seems that it will be temporarily closed from May 7th for renovation work. The friendly general said that he would launch another restaurant, and I thought that the feeling of Ajina Sushi would change a little after the reopening on July 1st.
