富山きときと空港で搭乗前に絶対に寄りたい、いや寄るべきお店です。
バスで富山きときと空港到着後に、急いで搭乗手続きをして開店前に並んで入店しました。
通された席は小上がり席です。
紙でオーダーをしてビールを飲みながら待っているとカウンター席の方から大将のお鮨に対する口上が聴こえてきました。
その中でも印象的だったのは「うちの鮪は厳選した部位を選んで筋切りをしているので飲み物です！」というもの。
えっ！そうなの？と思っていると、噂の鮪と富山の海の幸をふんだんに使ったお寿司が運ばれてきました。
そこまで言うならと、まずは鮪をいただきました。はい、飲み物。納得しました。
ネタが良いことはもちろん、本当に丁寧に筋切りがしてあってしっかりとした味わいと旨味を感じさせながらスッと解けるような食感でした。
もちろん、富山名物の白エビやのどぐろなど、他のネタも美味しかったです。
空港のお店ということもあり、搭乗時間に間に合うようにお鮨を提供してくれたのも凄いと思いました。
滞在中に、落ち着いてお鮨を食べるために市内から往復をする価値が十分にあると思いました。
