At first glance, it seems like a counter-style Izakaya (Japanese-style bar), but there are rooms up to the third floor, and several private rooms are also available. It is a tatami room, but the second floor seems to be able to accommodate a Sushi of just under 20 people. The course menu this time was much more substantial than the regular course. The appetizer was seasonal, and the trout Sushi was lightly seasoned with kelp. The Himi beef was grilled on a hot plate, but the meat was very tender. The Nodoguro was a whole grilled fish, and the fat and saltiness were excellent. I was full by this point, but the next dish, the Gando Yellowtail, was also a little smaller in size than the yellowtail, so it was light and not too oily. Fried food Fried food seasonal white shrimp and genge, a typical Toyama dish. The final dish, the Baikai Takikomi, was about half a cup of rice...it was over capacity. By the way, the creme brulee for dessert was quite excellent. The cream was rich, and the caramel was perfectly browned. To be honest, I thought this was something that could be served in a restaurant. This has gotten long, but the full course meal this time was a bit too much for me. I think it would be better to lower the price a bit and give it a lower score.
