Today, I went with my senior who always helps me out and my cute junior from work. We reserved a private room on the second floor. The private room had a nice atmosphere and was a good space for three people. First, we toasted with draft beer and lemon sour. Then we ordered Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot), grilled horumon, and grilled wagyu beef Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot). While the motsunabe was being made, the grilled horumon came. My cute junior said that the grilled horumon was delicious with its fragrant and chewy texture. The wagyu beef kalbi was also soft but chewy, and I prefer that (^^) Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) was soy sauce-based with a strong dashi broth. As the cabbage, bean sprouts, and chive vegetables and the motsuna were cooked, the flavors that oozed from each ingredient were delicious, and the senior sandwiched the cute junior in between them and had a fun conversation, making it even more delicious. I think it would be good for a meeting or date.
