I stopped by to have dinner. I went to Iwase Beach for lunch, took a rest at the hotel in the evening, and visited this restaurant. I had made a reservation by phone in advance, but it seemed to be a popular restaurant and was fully booked. Order draft beer for everyone and have a toast together. The side dish was corn tofu. First up is the saury sashimi. It has a good amount of fat, and one slice is enough to satisfy your needs. Next is pickled melon. I love pickles, so I end up ordering them. The crispy texture made my chopsticks grow longer. Next is the asparagus meat roll. The asparagus has a nice texture because it's wrapped around boiled asparagus. Next is Tsuyajiro-style surimi-age. I was imagining a fluffy fried surimi like the oden shops in Kanazawa, but it turned out to be quite thick. It has Pork Cutlet-like appearance, and the surimi is also heavy. Next is fried small puffer fish. Although it is the size of a short-sized puffer fish, it has a nice texture and is easy to eat. Personally, I would like to eat fried puffer fish with ponzu sauce, but I had it with the salt that came with it. Overall, the food and drinks are served smoothly, and the staff are very attentive. It's reasonably priced and has a homely atmosphere, but the food is made with a lot of effort, which makes me want to come back again. Thank you for the meal, I was full.
