本日の夜、二軒目。富山駅直結のきときと市場内の「白えび亭」さんにて、軽くビールで喉を潤した後、やはり北陸らしく日本酒を取り揃えているお店で飲みたいよね？ってな事で、急遽、此方へ。
富山駅前のCICビル地下一階にある立ち飲み風な居酒屋さん。
立地もいいし、取り揃えている日本酒は、富山の酒蔵全てを取り揃えているとか。
取り敢えず、本醸造のラインナップの中から、
△吉乃友
をチョイス。
ツマミは、
⚫︎お通し（厚揚げのクリームソース掛け？）
⚫︎珍味三種盛り（蛍烏賊の内蔵の何か、真鱈の真子の何か、自家製このわた）
⚫︎幻魚（ゲンゲ）の治部煮

正味、40分ぐらい？お店にいたの。お通しも珍味も幻魚もどれも旨かった！幻魚の煮たお出汁で、日本酒飲んでたからねー。
お店のご主人？と僕等は同世代らしく、富山の日本酒酒造の話やファーストガンダムの話等で、楽しく飲みました！笑
