富山2日目は冨久屋さんへ。
2日目も割烹にするのは決めていたけど、前日かわぐちで蟹をお腹いっぱい食べてかなり胃は疲弊していたのでシンプルな料理を求めてこちらへ。
12,650円のコースをオーダー。
季節感のある素材を大切にしたシンプルな料理が少しずつ提供されます。
とにかく野菜が美味しかった。
最後のシンプルな塩おにぎりも印象的。
このコースで最後をおにぎりにするのは勇気があるけど、いいチョイスだと思う。
デザートの桜餅もすごく甘さ抑えめでコースの最後でも重くない。今まで食べた桜餅でいちばん美味しかった。
量も少なめで品数が多め。ほんとにシンプルな調理法なので地味と言われれば地味で好みが分かれそうなお店だけど、私はとても良かった。家族でゆっくり食事するには最適。
