Toyama expedition. I had soba noodles at Itsuki. We lined up before the store opened and visited when it opened. By the way, it opens at 11am on this day. Are you 15 minutes earlier than scheduled? However, it took about 30 minutes for the soba to be served. I lost the order competition. LOL What I received was Tenzaru Soba for 1,450 yen. Soba is a type of soba that is slightly blackish, thick, and firm, and is more like country soba. But the throat is good. The more you chew the soba, the more the flavor of the soba gets better. Tempura was also crispy fried and included two shrimp, making it a great value. Overall it was delicious. The soba noodles in Toyama were also pretty good!
