富山旅行2日目の夜に予約して訪問
お通しがガリキャベツというもので、お肉の脂をさっぱりしてくれて合う。
注文は串盛り5本とアボカドと韓国のりのごま油かけ、出汁巻き卵、トリュフとカルボナーラダレつくね、レバー、アスパラ肉巻き、オクラ、長芋、ビールと生レモンサワー、生ゆずサワー、生かぼすサワー、ジンジャーエール辛口で9050円でした。
アボカドと韓国のりはツマミとしてよく、トリュフとカルボナーラダレつくねは今まで食べたつくねの中でも一番といってもいいくらい美味しかったです。
出汁巻き卵も鶏スープで作ってあったので、いつもと違う味でしたが、やさしいお味でよかったです。
味と値段のバランスがよく、また来たいと思いました。
