I was wondering where to have a girls' night out, and I was curious about the popular fermented foods miso and cheese, so I made a reservation. I made a reservation online, but when I went there, I couldn't find the place! ︎ The map ended around that area, and it didn't say the name of the building or that it was on the second floor, so I got lost. It's located on the second floor of Patio Sakura, just across the crosswalk in front of Marie from Toyama Station, just up the escalator. Why were you confused? It was a very nice and easy to understand place. A non-drinker wanted to order a course that didn't include all-you-can-drink, so he could only order a la carte. The restaurant is beautiful, and although it is described as a private Izakaya (Japanese-style bar), there are no walls that go up to the ceiling, and although you can hear loud voices, you can relax in the horigotatsu-style seating. First of all, salad and fries. Because there is someone I like. Grilled Japanese black beef loin and seasonal vegetables. Hoba miso is delicious after a long time. The deep-fried eggplant and mozzarella soup is so generous that the mozzarella spreads so much, making it so exciting. The photos didn't really convey it well. The fried mozzarella was delicious. The raw wheat gluten with yuzu miso sauce was grilled on a small charcoal grill with miso and was very good. Instagrammable!! ️The pumpkin cheese fondue came out last as it was specified that it would take a while. It was delicious, but I had to keep my stomach empty. As you can see in the photo, I only had a tray and fork, so I decided to eat the pumpkin halfway through, so I requested a serving plate and spoon, and they finally brought one. Is there no need for explanation at this point? I think it would be a bit unkind to just leave it there. Most of the people were eating raw wheat gluten for the first time, so my explanation was poor. It's a little simpler, so maybe you could explain it?
