Food We offer freshly made Hokkaido stone-milled authentic Nihachi soba at a reasonable price.
The quality of our soba flour has changed dramatically due to our encounter with a producer who is serious about growing soba in the land of Hokkaido. Because we both value the freshness of buckwheat flour, we mill only the amount needed after an order is placed. We are very particular about the milling method, and the buckwheat flour is ground directly in a stone mill at a slow speed to retain its flavor. You can enjoy the original aromatic flavor of soba. Please enjoy it with soba soup made from thickly shaved bonito flakes.

The interior design uses materials that are close to nature, such as earth, natural wood, and stone, and was born from the concept of ``encouraging guests to spend quality time in a natural space.'' The inside of the store has a relaxing atmosphere with bossa nova music. There are 3 types of seats, and table seats can accommodate a large number of people. Box seats have high backrests, so you can eat in peace without worrying about your surroundings. There are 12 counter seats, and solo customers are also welcome. Special private rooms must be reserved in advance.

OLIMBA offers more than just regular soba noodles. OLIMBA's creative menu, which we call junk, ``Secret Spicy Hormone Tsukesoba'', ``Chili Oil Meat Tsukesoba'', and ``Junk Mazesoba (Soupless noodles)'' are special dishes that you won't find anywhere else.
DrinkCarefully selected sake and special shochu from Toyama
We carefully select sake from Toyama Prefecture. We also purchase sake from outside the prefecture such as Katsukoma, Masuizumi, Haneya, Hayashi, Chiyotsuru, Gen, Other as secret sake to try out. Enjoy the taste of soba while nibbling soba noodles. We also have a variety of carefully selected shochu. Recommended is soba shochu with soba hot water! The shochu mixed with our delicious, thick soba soup is exceptional. This is a cup you should definitely try.
Uses low-speed stone-milled buckwheat flour from Kitawase seeds from Hokkaido! You can enjoy authentic soba noodles easily and at a reasonable price.
The inside of the restaurant does not give you the image of a soba restaurant, but it can be used for a variety of occasions. It can be used by one person or on a date, or for casual parties, special
...occasions, or groups of more than 20 people. While we are as particular about soba as any long-established store, we strive to provide our customers with authentic, low-priced, and voluminous products by incorporating efficient machinery. We will also take on the challenge of evolving soba noodles and udon noodles to provide fun and surprising products.
