レストランのコンセプトは「アートとイート」。アートで、感性を“ビビビ”と刺激する。イートで、食欲を“ジュルリ”と刺激する。アート作品にインスパイアされたメニューをご用意しています！
食材は富山県全15市町村の生産者より取り寄せ、食器は富山の職人やメーカーに依頼したオリジナルの器です。南側の一面大ガラスから臨む壮大な立山連峰、アート作品に包まれたこだわりの空間で心行くまでお過ごしください。
