An Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) located in Sakuramachi, Toyama City. This is a restaurant where you can enjoy local sake, local fish, and local meat all at once. It seems that the entertainer Mr. Miyasako visited and uploaded it on YouTube. I made a reservation at 5pm on weekdays and visited for the first time as soon as it opened. This is where there was a shop called ``Shizuru'' that I had been to before. I was guided to a table in the back of the store and sat down. Two cassette stoves were already set up, so I had a feeling a hot pot would be served. As expected, the pot was set, and by the time the pot was ready, the sashimi platter and fried chicken Tempura had arrived. Other dishes that will be served in order include cod milt, salt-grilled yellowtail, Himi udon, and yuzu sorbet. Shortly after opening, the restaurant was full and customers without reservations were turned away. At the time of reservation, I was told to leave after 2 and a half hours, so I paid the bill and left before being told to behave myself. In addition to the course dishes, there were many delicious-looking dishes and sake.
