A Conveyor belt sushi chain store that opened in Futakuchi-cho, Toyama City in 2022. They use carefully selected fresh and lively fish landed at Himi Port in Toyama Prefecture and Kanazawa Port in Ishikawa Prefecture, which are known as some of the best fishing ports in the country. Don't underestimate it just because it's a chain store. The store is spacious, clean, and comfortable. We order delicious toppings not only from Hokuriku, but also from all over the country, including Hokkaido and Kagoshima. I visited for the first time for a late lunch before 3pm on a weekday, and was able to secure a seat at the counter without having to wait. Order ``Special Lunch'' using the touch panel. While waiting, I made some tea and had some gari. Each seat is pre-set with a touch panel, tea, soy sauce, and gari, and there are soy sauce holders for pouring and drop-by-drop types, so you can start your meal stress-free. The "special lunch" arrived shortly after. The Sushi is luxurious, but the volume of the soup is amazing. The bowl of arajiru soup is not large, but the bowl contains plenty of araji and is very satisfying to eat. Next time, I would like to try the toppings shipped directly from Hokkaido or Kagoshima.
