前回は蟹コースで伺った海老亭さん。
3月は通常コース。22000円。
HPの営業日カレンダーを見るとお昼営業する日もあるようです。
夜は一斉ではないので、私たちは遅れてのスタートになりました。
北陸の食材満載で、料理はシンプルな仕立てなので
とっても好み。
魚津のバイ貝。とれたてのヤリイカ
そら豆と生このこの飯蒸しも美味しいし
トヤマエビ、マハタ。
アイナメのお椀の吸い地も綺麗な味。
この日は解禁したばかりのホタルイカも。
地物のピーナッツもやしのお浸しも美味しかった。
地元の方と少し違った食材を出してくれるのも嬉しいおもてなし。
鰯のつみれもふあふあでした。
手打ちそばでキリッとしめてからの
白米とおかず。ホタルイカの沖漬けも。
この日はお昼も結構食べたけど
シンプルで美味しいからすいすいご飯までおかわりできちゃいました。
