The fresh buckwheat flour purchased from buckwheat farmers is milled using a grinding method, giving it a flavor typical of 100 percent buckwheat noodles. In order to provide our proud soba at an affordable price, we have also installed a special noodle-making machine. Basically, we use buckwheat flour produced in Hokkaido, but for "This Month's Limited Soba" we offer a limited quantity of buckwheat flour from a different production area. In addition, we also recommend the mini-don set with soba. Among them, the "Mini Yakitori Ju" is a dish that you should definitely try.

We use not only buckwheat flour but also our original buckwheat soup. A special soba soup made with a combination of soup stock made from three types of knots and our own kaeshi, and carefully aged for three days. Warm ``Kakesoba'' is served using only the soup stock made that morning. Please enjoy the deep flavor unique to our restaurant.

We offer charcoal-grilled yakitori, which we purchase fresh local chicken and branded chicken from bird-producing areas across the country, and carefully grill each chicken over Tosa Bincho Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers). The two courses you can choose from include a la carte dishes featuring chicken and seasonal vegetable skewers. The tableware is made from Ohi ware from Kanazawa, which enhances the taste of the dishes. We also have carefully selected Japanese sake and wine, so please enjoy them together.
