魚津へ電車で。
割と富山駅からすぐ。近いね。
駅前はちょっとだけ店がある。
ちょっとだけだけど独自の生態系が残りつつ。
どこも入ってみたい店ばかり。
が、まずは事前に電話したお鮨屋へ。
カウンターに通される。
さて、飲むか…とメニューを眺めていたら、昼は一品メニューは出さないと。そうなのか。
お酒は…飲んでいいんですね？
だったら大丈夫です。
刺身1人前と、この小政巻ってやつは…？あ、海鮮巻みたいな。じゃあそれのハーフを。
相方の握りランチにはぶり大根がつく。
巨大。
みたことないくらい巨大。
これはすごい。
分けてもらってちびちび立山の熱燗を。
刺し盛りは流石のクオリティ。
深い器に入ってるのもいいね。
そして小政巻。
ボリューミー。ハーフでも大きいのが5切れ。
限界までゆるく巻いているのでシャリがふわふわ。
これは技術だ。
筋子とブリとシソ。
これは美味しいね。
酔っ払ったけど、軽く。
