結論から言うと料理の味もだめ、サービスも駄目、雰囲気はまあまあ、メインディッシュ以外はバイキング形式なのに空いた食器を下げに来るスタッフの目配りやタイミングも最悪、そして気配り等はが全くなし、食器を事前に持ってきたスタッフも空き食器を下げることもしなかった、これでは高岡一のホテルのレストランとしては落第と言わざるを得ない、最後にテレビ番組で紹介してた、かき氷「メロン神2000円」を食べて帰りました、本当はこれが目当てで来たのだけれどね、かき氷は氷に拘り甘みを出すのに福光の有名麹店の甘酒を使用しているとの事、かき氷はメロンも完熟だし甘さも適度でとても美味しかった、これは当たりでした、料理はもう食べないけどかき氷はまた食べに来ても良いかな！
