3月下旬、平日11:40入店
11組待ちだが春休み真っ只中でカウンター席希望が少なく１人だったので待ちは20分程ですみました。
でもお目当ての満腹ランチは入店時には即に売り切れだったので得もりランチにアラカルトをプラスしました。総額2,065円ナリ
流石、北陸の回転寿司（ココはレーン跡地ありましたが廻ってません）はレベルが高くて旨い、がしかし。
タッチパネルで注文するとカウンター目の前で板さん達が握って提供するスタイルで何だか不思議な光景。
何を注文したか、しかも注文時間まで判るし提供時間も物凄く早く（感覚的には2,3分くらい）で寿司は廻らないけど客の回転は良さそう。
ただし残念だったのが一番のお目当ての鰤がなかなか来ません、取り敢えず10分間まで待つことに。
でも来ないので痺れ切らしてタッチパネルでスタッフさん呼んで事情説明したら何も確認せず板さんに伝え速攻で握り目の前に提供してくれました。
でもね何ていうんですかね、美味しの提供するし活気が有るのは良いのですがお店が忙しすぎて右から左へ流してる感が店内全体に伝わってきます。
この先、自ら進んで足を運ぶ事はないですね
あと関係ないけど待ち室でやたら足組む方が多くてあぁ電車乗らない文化なのね、と感じる
