ある平日の晩のこと、友人から『高岡に来たので晩メシでも』、ということで呼び出されてやってきたのがこちらのお店。過去に2〜3回来た記憶がありますが、数年ぶり？久々の訪問であります。
オーダーしたのは串焼き数種、カワハギのお造り、タコの唐揚げ、シーザーサラダ、牛スジ煮、タコわさ、漬物盛り合わせ、そしてもちろんこちらのお店の看板メニューである手羽先は欠かせません。
平日ということもあって、店内は閑散としており、料理が運ばれてくるのはけっこう早かったです。
肝心の手羽先の味は・・・スパイスが効いていてちょっと刺激的でオトナの味つけ。少し揚げすぎ？でジューシーさには少々欠けているかなぁ？と思いますが、味付け自体は良いと思います。
その他のモノは安定感があり、良くも悪くも特筆すべきことはありませんね。
特に足を運ぶべきだとは言えませんが、安心して足を運べる、そんなお店です。
