I forgot to take a picture of the yellowtail shabu, but I had the yellowtail shabu kaiseki. Winter in Toyama is all about cold yellowtail from Himi! ! It was sashimi, yellowtail radish, grilled yellowtail, yellowtail shabu, and yellowtail. Last but not least is cold soba noodles. Everything was delicious.
