うまい地酒と、新鮮な地元産にこだわった料理が楽しめる気さくな居酒屋
北陸の旬の地物がたっぷり食べられる居酒屋です。「味よし、酒よし、値段よし！」をモットーに、気さくなスタッフが心のこもった |
高岡駅近くの居酒屋さん。
威勢の良い店主が、店員さん達を教育しながら回してます。まずは定番から。
刺し盛り（1500円+税）：新鮮で美味しいです。
すりみあげ（500円+税）：高岡では、やっぱりこれを頼まないと。
海老とブロッコリーの柚子胡椒バター（890円+税）：揚げた海老と、ブロッコリー、キノコ、玉ネギの組み合わせはアヒージョを想像します。味はバターと柚子胡椒なのでイタリアンよりも居酒屋寄りで和洋折衷な感じです。
とろろ磯辺のパリパリ揚げ（500円+税）：とろろ芋を海苔で挟み、春巻きの皮で巻いて揚げたもの。パリッとしつつ中はとろっとしてます。
海老とブロッコリーの柚子胡椒バターが印象的でした。他にも幾つか創作料理っぽいのがあったので、気になります。
