富山県高岡の路面電車、万葉線に乗りたくて、高岡の町を観光。
路面電車の広告でおすすめしていた、沿線のお寿司屋さん、寿し竹でランチをしました。
1階はカウンターのみのお店で、８席ほど。
地物にぎりコースをお願いしました。
寿司は、富山碗でとれた１０貫と、サービス券でだしてもらった、あら汁。
気に入ったのはなんといっても鰤です。
新鮮で身が締まり、かむととろりと溶けていく感じが何とも良いです。
また、白海老の昆布締めが優しい甘さでほっとする味わいで美味しいです。
あら汁は、味は濃くないのですが、コクがありかなり美味しかったです。
