富山旅行の際に「地元の魚介が美味しいお寿司屋さん」で調べてみたら「鮨金」がヒットして～事前に１２時にランチ予約して伺いました。
暖簾をくぐると白木のＬ字カウンターのみのこじんまりとした店内に大将と女将さんの笑顔。
この日にいただいた品は瓶ビール＆熱燗＆おまかせ握り（白エビ・平目・アオリ烏賊・ふくらぎ・赤身漬け・大トロ・雲丹軍艦巻き・イクラ軍艦巻き・甘エビ・鰺・紅ずわい蟹・穴子・干瓢細巻き・味噌汁）＆追加でバイ貝細巻き、どれをいただいても美味しいですが～特にネットリとした白エビとコリコリのバイ貝が最高でした。
整理された清潔な店内・気さくな大将と女将さん・富山湾の新鮮なネタ・ホロホロの小さめのシャリ・コストパフォーマンス最高といいこと尽くめの老舗お寿司屋さんです。
また是非伺いたいと思います。
