頂き物で食べました。富山県の高岡の銘菓です。
青系のサクッとしたものの中に甘い味噌の入った餡が挟まっています。
1袋あたり2枚入っています。お茶受けにとても良さそう。
青いお菓子は珍しいので、写真映えするような気がしました。
個人的にとても好きな味だったので、もっと人気になってほしいです。
富山の高岡には、江出の月以外にも、鹿子餅などおいしい和菓子がたくさんあるので、もっと知られてほしいと思いました。
