家族旅行で北陸方面へ。せっかく富山に来たなら氷見うどんと思い、立ち寄ったのがこのお店。本当は氷見市内で食べたかったのですが、時間の都合あり高岡市内で食べることにしました。
初めての氷見うどんはイメージしていた食感と違い、柔らかめな麺でした。コシと堅さを履き違えたうどんと比べれば柔らかくても美味しい。九州福岡のうどんも柔らかいと聞いたことがあるし。「こんなうどんもありなんだなぁ」と思いました。
ただお店の雰囲気からすると家族旅行で立ち寄るお店ではないかな。普段の仕事中のランチが良いかもしれません。
