It is located near the Takaoka City Regional Wholesale Market. I went there at 6:30pm on a Monday. There was a counter and two tables on the first floor, and two tables on the raised area behind them. There was also a loft-like area on the second floor with three tables. It was a Monday, but it was pretty full, so it seems to be quite a popular restaurant. They seem to be pushing Neapolitan, Hamburg, and Omelette Rice, and the pair dinner included Neapolitan and Hamburg, so I ordered those. The meal consisted of an appetizer, carpaccio, salad, Neapolitan, Hamburg, and a drink, so it was a bit better value than ordering each item separately. The carpaccio had a fresh seafood taste, and the salad was crisp. The Neapolitan had chewy noodles and the ketchup was delicious. The meat was said to be beef tendon, but it felt like cheek meat. The gnocchi I ordered separately had a good cheese flavor and a chewy texture. The 2,000 yen white wine was easy to drink, and the overall quality was high. Hamburg steak was not that great, so next time I think I might order the Neapolitan spaghetti on its own. This time, the bill included the order I had cancelled, but I was able to notice it because there was a detailed statement. It was a proper response, but sometimes restaurants don't even give you a receipt, so it's something to be careful of when you go out.
