チューリップで有名な砺波市で隠れ家的に寛いでいただけます。
店内は、古民家ならではの高い天井が開放的。日本庭園や調度品の数々を眺めながらゆったりとそばを味わえます。
こだわりの手打ちそばは、国内産の玄蕎麦を使用し、必要な量だけを前日に石臼挽きで自家製粉を使用。香り高く甘みのある優しい味わいです。
「かえし」には本みりんを使用、かけとせいろの２種類を作り分けています。
