子供の頃は肝の苦味が苦手で嫌いだった鮎も今は大好き！特に肝の苦味が最高です。蓼酢、蓼が虫も食べない程美味しくないのに何故擦って酢と合わせるとこんなに鮎を引き立てるのか？この水無月の鮎を囲炉裏で焼いたりするといくらでも食べれます！鮎の里、毎年来ることになっています。
