五箇山をドライブしていたら、高千代さんを発見。
ここジビエがいいって誰か書いてたな、行ってみましょう。
お店はご主人と女性の二人でやられてます。
サインもたくさんあって、やはり人気なんですね。
メニューを見るとイノシシ、熊、鹿などはいいとして、
タヌキ鍋、ハクビシン鍋、あなぐま鍋・・・
すごすぎる・・。
すさまじいまでのインパクトです。
注文したのは以下の通り
くまトロ 熊の脂です。おいしいけど、赤身も欲しかった・・
きじ刺し かなりタンパクです。鴨のように味が濃いわけではないです
桑の実 これがおいしい。ラズベリーに似てますね。
山菜煮盛り合わせ いろんな種類が入ってました。さほどおいしいものじゃないですね。
イワナ これはまあ普通においしい
熊のもつ焼き（持ち帰り） 肝は苦かったですが、それ以外はとてもおいしいです。
いやー、貴重な体験をさせていただきました。
次はたぬきかハクビシンを食べるぞ！（笑）
