"Seasonal Cuisine Kojima" is an authentic Japanese-style meal restaurant run by a chef who trained at a famous restaurant in the capital, Wakayama.
The owner trained at "Tankuma" in Kyoto and "Kappo Yoshimi" in Wakayama, and opened the restaurant 20 years ago, wanting to serve delicious food in his hometown of Wakayama. Fortunately, he has been b
...lessed with good suppliers and customers who support him and want to train the young owner, and has been able to continue to this day. Authentic Japanese-style meal may be a little intimidating. However, I don't think that Japanese-style meal you eat at home and Japanese-style meal at a restaurant are different things. The food at "Kojima" is an extension of the meals that a mother makes in the kitchen at home, wishing for the smiles and health of her family. I believe that the joy of a restaurant is to carefully select ingredients, learn the tastes of the customers, and serve food in a way that they find most delicious, so that they can be happy.
