東京の有名カレー店での修行を経て2005年、和歌山市向に店をオープン。時間をかけてじっくりと煮込んだブイヨンに、厳選したオリジナルブレンドのスパイスを加えた欧風カレーは、エスニックな香りを漂わせながらもブイヨンの旨味とコクをしっかり効かせたこだわりのカレー。直火にかけた陶器で熱々のままテーブルに運ばれる「壺焼き」スタイルで、最後まで熱々のカレーが楽しめます。 |
一見外からお店を見ると何屋さんなのかわかりませんでした。
入ってみると、店内の照明がほどよく落としてあって
まるでカフェのようなお洒落なお店です。
私は挽肉と野菜のカレー（９００円）をいただきました。
辛さは４段階から選ぶことができ、ライスの大盛りはプラス３００円です。
カレーと御飯が別々に運ばれてきました。
ぐつぐつと小さな鍋で煮立ったルーが
そのまま運ばれてくるのがとても印象的でした（*^_^*）
出入り口近くにあった
カレーパンもとても美味しそうでした・・・
（今回は買いませんでしたが。）
一度食べてみたいなと思っています。
和歌山にもお洒落な空間があったんだなぁ＼(^o^)／と
ちょっと嬉しくなりました♪
