東京の有名カレー店での修行を経て2005年、和歌山市向に店をオープン。時間をかけてじっくりと煮込んだブイヨンに、厳選したオリジナルブレンドのスパイスを加えた欧風カレーは、エスニックな香りを漂わせながらもブイヨンの旨味とコクをしっかり効かせたこだわりのカレー。直火にかけた陶器で熱々のままテーブルに運ばれる「壺焼き」スタイルで、最後まで熱々のカレーが楽しめます。 |
店内はカウンターとテーブル席があり、広々としています。
少し薄暗い店内と流れる心地よい音楽が過ごしやすい雰囲気です。
カレーはスペシャルチキンカレーと焼きカレーを頼みましたが、焼きカレーは辛いのが苦手な私でも完食できる程よい辛さで、美味しかったです。
スペシャルチキンカレーは私には辛すぎましたが、辛いのが大丈夫な人は焼きカレーよりこっちの方が好みだとおいしそうに食べていました。
辛いのが苦手な人には、まろやかにすることもできるようなので、お子さんや辛いのが苦手な人と一緒でも行きやすそうなお店だなと思いました。
