東京の有名カレー店での修行を経て2005年、和歌山市向に店をオープン。時間をかけてじっくりと煮込んだブイヨンに、厳選したオリジナルブレンドのスパイスを加えた欧風カレーは、エスニックな香りを漂わせながらもブイヨンの旨味とコクをしっかり効かせたこだわりのカレー。直火にかけた陶器で熱々のままテーブルに運ばれる「壺焼き」スタイルで、最後まで熱々のカレーが楽しめます。 |
まず、雰囲気が好き。
インドなのか東南アジアなのか、異国感プンプン。
そして、夜は静か。
昼はどうか知りませんが、夜は正直、あんまりお客さんいません。
いい店なのになー。
かといって、店内は広いし、店長の調理場はけっこう奥なので気をつかうこともなく、ゆっくり話ができます。
肝心のカレーもまた雰囲気がいい。
サフランのご飯に鍋で煮立ったカレーが別々に出てきます。
自分でかけて食べる系ですね。
楽しいですよ。
もちろんお味もよいですよ。
スーパーで売ってるルーでは絶対に出ない何かのスパイスの味がします。
雰囲気はかなりインドか東南アジアなんですが、カレーはそこまで癖が強くなくて食べやすい感じ。
辛いの好きな人は辛口にした方がいいかもです。
カレーが食べたくなったら、一度、ココイチを飛ばしてここへ行ってみて下さい。
もちろんナンとかもありますよ。
