コース「和歌山スタイル夏」
今回はお盆の墓参り後のご飯で
六つ葵さんにお邪魔しました
兄のリクエストでコースの
和歌山スタイル夏と事前予約
食前酒ならぬ食前酢
サッパリしていてお酢が苦手な人でも
美味しく飲めると思います。
先付の雲丹のムースが
濃厚でなめらかで口当たりが良く
お野菜のオニオンもヤングコーンも
シャキシャキしてて食感が良かった
吸物は鱧！
コンソメ仕立との事でしたが
イメージと違ってコンソメ感が
キツくなくあっさり頂けました
お造りも涼し気な器で運ばれてきました
鮑は鮑自体もキモも変な生臭さもなく
凄く美味しかったです
丁寧な処理をされてるなと感じました
他のお刺身も新鮮で言うことなし。
小鍋も鱧でしゃぶしゃぶ
普通に美味しい
焼き物は熊野牛
柔らかく、トロンと溶けそうなお肉
脂はしつこくなく、ソースの醤油が
更に食べやすくしてる感じがしました
付き合わせのオクラの茹で具合も絶妙で
凄く美味しかったです
次に運ばれてきたのは素麺
これがまた雲丹のソースで
最高に美味しかった！
パンがあればソースを拭って
綺麗に食べたいくらいでした
揚げ物は鰻のカツ
カツと言っても衣は軽くまとった感じで
ホントにサクッと軽やかで
中の鰻はフワッとした食感で
思ってるようなカツのイメージとは違い
とても美味しかったです
お麩もモチモチしてて美味しかったです
ご飯は、またも鱧！
タレ焼きで少し頂き
お出汁薬味をを入れて頂き
2度美味しい！
結構、ご飯が入っていて
一気にお腹もいっぱいに
このお出汁も上品で、お出汁だけで
飲んでも美味しかった
デザートは抹茶のティラミスとみたらし団子
先にみたらし団子を頂きまさしたが
これが正解だっかも
どちらも美味しかったけど
ティラミスの方が濃厚だったので
先にティラミスを食べていたら
みたらし団子が物足りない味に
感じてしまったかも
今回も全て美味しかったけど
かなり、贅沢してしまいました

っていうのだから秋も冬も春もある？

It's been a while since I last had lunch at Rokutsu Aoi. I had the Rokutsu Aoi Gozen. You can choose between beef Steak and beef Sukiyaki, so I ordered Steak. Small dish Small dish of vegetables made me think it was already spring. The spring cabbage was sweet and delicious, and the cooked shiitake mushrooms were also thick and soft, had just the right amount of elasticity, and were cooked elegantly.The rice was cooked with sea bream, and the flavor of the sea bream permeated throughout the rice, which was delicious. I really like Rokutsu Aoi.
