お店の人気NO.1メニュー『ルースー麺と焼き飯のセット税込1100円』をいただきました。
餡掛けスープのラーメン食べたいと思っていたので最高の出会いです。
豚肉細切り、しゃきしゃき小松菜、もやし、青ネギ、エノキが餡掛けスープに添えられ、麺と共に私の舌の上にのっかるのを待ち構えています。
餡掛けスープは、鶏ガラ出汁でほどよく塩味もあります。
アクセントは小松菜。
食べるたびにシャキシャキと音がします。
炒飯の具材は、こま切れですが美味しいです。
