[White] (Miso Flavor) A hotpot made with kelp soup stock, white miso, and garlic. This soup has an impressive richness and mellow sweetness. [Gold] (Soy sauce flavor) A hotpot made with seafood stock made from bonito, kelp, and jaw and soy sauce. Garlic and hawk claws are good accents and bring out the flavor of the ingredients. [Silver] (Soy sauce flavor without garlic) Enjoy a refreshing soup with ponzu sauce and special sesame miso.
