年々多くなってきています。
野菜は健康的＝栄養がある＝ヘルシーな
イメージがありますよね！
女性は特に注目度の高いお店です。
▷パーキングはありませんでしたが
付近のパーキングは平日60分100円！
比較的お安い料金で車利用者としては
凄く助かりました（≧∇≦）
▷お店に入ると照明が薄暗くて
バーのようなオトナな雰囲気♪
カウンター席と座敷の席の2種類。
私はお一人ですが、敢えての座敷へ（笑）
ランチはチキンかポークの2種類の料理、
セイロ蒸しの野菜オンリーか豚バラ乗せの
2種類、1日10食限定のカレー、
サラダボウルランチなど、
野菜を多く使ったメニューがズラリ。
女性店員さんから丁寧に説明していただき、
即セイロ蒸しの豚バラ乗せを注文しました。
豚バラは完売したとのことで、代わりに
鶏モモを使っているとのことです。
蒸し時間に20分要すると記載されてましたが
15分もかからない間に到着☆
▷野菜と鶏モモが入ったセイロと
雑穀ご飯、塩トマト入りの出汁スープ。
セイロを開けるとホカホカ〜っと
湯気が立ち、野菜の香りが広がります。
新鮮な野菜の香り♪
沢山の野菜がたっぷり入っています。
カブやミニトマトや紅芯大根？など
目新しいお野菜が斬新でした。
どれもホクホク、しっとり。
あっさりポン酢とお好みで柚子胡椒を
つけていただきます。
ポン酢は特製な味で濃いめ。
柚子胡椒のアクセントが絶妙な相性。
野菜の旨味が引き立つ美味しさです！
他にさつま芋や南瓜などの甘味のある野菜、
キャベツ、紫キャベツ、小松菜？などの
葉物野菜がたっぷり(((o(*ﾟ▽ﾟ*)o)))
鶏モモは皮がバランス良く配合された
一口サイズのお肉で、ひとつひとつ
甘味のある味わい。野菜との相性も抜群☆
雑穀ご飯は素朴で香ばしい。
一粒一粒しっかりしてて美味しいです。
シンプルな蒸し野菜とのバランスも良くて
パクパク食べれます。
塩トマト入りのスープは
野菜の旨出汁がふわ〜っと感じられて
ナチュラルな美味しさに釘付けです(*_*)
塩トマトの甘味と塩味がアクセントになって
お家で真似したいスープでした！
▷あっさりしたお料理だったので
いつもより食べるスピードが速く…（笑）
周りは女性の方が圧倒的に多かったので
店内は笑い声などが響く…♪( ´▽｀)
何だかぎこちなくて早々ごちそう様して
お店を後にすることに。
◎ランチは14時までの営業で
ディナーもまた営業されているそうです。
ディナーメニューを見ると惹かれるものが
あったので次回はディナーに来店したいです。
ランチは私には賑やか過ぎて
