ちょっと高めの居酒屋ぐらいの値段設定。
名前通りの肉中心のメニューで、
どれも柔らかく味は平均点以上はあるかな。
オシャレな内装で店の雰囲気も良いが、
禁煙なのが自分にはしんどいところ。
ガヤ付いているイメージ。
店員さんになかなか注文通らない。
肉は美味しい
添付の写真は暗いけどね、牛一頭買いは
なるほどと頷けるくらいの部位がメニュー
であるね。
またメニューがグラフっぽくなっていて
赤肉→脂身って感じでね。だから肉の種類や
特徴がわからなくても...
東海地区の店舗に数回行きました。
肉は上手い、サービスはチェーン店。
そんな印象。
ここは違いました。
出来てから4ヵ月も経って、この教育レベル。
